24 Hour Out of Hours Service – £115 + VAT
Fixed price emergency call out for both residential and commercial properties. We offer 24 hour customer support and have a 24 hour help desk which can get an operative out to you within 4 hours, day or night, no matter what your emergency. If you have more than one trade, further operatives will be sent out to you at an additional cost. Charges are an hourly rate, one hour minimum fee applies.
Electrical Condition Reports – £89 + VAT
This is a fixed price and includes 2-3 bedrooms to ensure that your electrical condition reports are completed efficiently. All of the reports are carried out by our approved contractors who are trained and experts building maintenance in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
Gas Safety Check – £48 + VAT
Our Gas Safety check is targeted towards both Homeowners and Landlords to ensure they receive their certifications to ensure their buildings are maintained and safe. This service is a fixed price and their are no hidden costs, unlike some less reputable builders!
Roofing Callouts – £89 + VAT
We offer comprehensive and professional roofing services, starting at £89 + VAT! (Price based on the first hour and includes gutter clearance and £20 worth of materials). Our Roofers in Sheffield are fully trained and can work with roofs of all types and conditions.
Plumbing Callouts – £54 + VAT
We operate a cost effective Price based on the first hour. Deal available when the plumber visit is between the hours of 8am and 4pm, weekdays. Our plumbing service are offered 24 hours a day, although the above deal is only available within stated hours.
Board up Service – £95 + VAT
Need your windows boarding up? We have an exclusive deal available for residential properties only, get in touch with up and we will board up to two windows for only £95 + VAT.
