Park Centre & Library Roof

The works comprise the renewal of all pitched roofing, roof timber structure repairs, renew selected flat roof coverings, renew roof insulation, asbestos removal from roof space, rebuilding of masonry gable walls in salvaged brick and stone, renewal of cast iron gutters and rainwater down pipes and repointing of a large industrial size chimney. Internal refurbishment will include replastering water damaged walls and ceilings, repair to and renewal of suspended ceilings, general redecoration and renewal of floor coverings, repairs to and partial renewal of electrical, mechanical, alarm and security installation systems.
