OFFICIAL OPENING OF CUSTOMER HELP DESK

Our continued success in obtaining Long term contracts with, South Yorkshire Housing Association a 7 year planned and reactive partnering contact / Yorkshire Housing Association a 5 year void and maintenance framework agreement / Arches Housing Ltd out of hours emergency repair contract, and along with other local and regional clients,  has enabled our company to invest in the future of the company as a customer centric buildings & maintenance service provider.

Commitment to this strategic vision alongside our prudent growth strategy, in what has been a difficult economic environment for many businesses, has enabled us to invest in a ‘best-in-class’ customer help desk right here in Sheffield, that is specifically designed to cater for our planned and reactive maintenance works.

Employing close to a 100 staff, ranging from site engineers, works planners, contract mangers and estimators, enables us to cover the whole range of disciplines required to meet the needs of our clients. Our commitment to a highly skilled workforce remains pivotal to our growth strategy by way of investing in training and apprenticeship programmes to ensure we remain ahead of the competition.

As a corporately responsible employer, our modest and stable growth strategy continues to deliver success with an increase in staffing levels of 15% to coincide with an increase in turnover of 20%. We remain committed to the future success of our business and the continued success of that of our clients.
