Call us day or night with an emergency and we’ll be ready to send an operative to your home or property within 3-4 hours. Our team of trained tradesmen are always ready to be deployed and can be carefully selected based on our GPS locators to ensure a member of staff is with you as soon as possible.

Based on your emergency, we can either send one or multiple tradesmen to your property to ensure your problem is rectified efficiently and as quickly as possible.

As soon as a member of Burngreave Building Company’s team arrive, they will rapidly analyse, diagnose and make safe or repair your emergency where it’s possible. Once the emergency situation is resolved, we will then review your problem to see if any further building maintenance or repair work is required and an hourly rate or estimate (for larger jobs) will be provided as part of our service.

We aim to always work efficiently, tidily and causing minimal disruption and will always leave the premises clean and tidy following our visit.

• We can offer a fixed rate service for our tradesmen and engineers to visit your property and carry out an emergency fix or stabilisation, to stop or prevent any additional damage. It is possible for some jobs for us to provide a quotation/estimate, although this is based on the type and size of work involved.
• Our charges are normally per hour, with a one hour minimum charge and extra time billed in 15 minute units – so you only have to pay for the time that’s needed.
• Please Note: All prices are exclusive of VAT.
• For certain projects we are able to provide an estimation prior to beginning the work, which can be either verbal or formally written.
• All materials supplied by Burngreave Building Company Ltd will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up and are subject to VAT.
• Material Collection time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum. Any charges will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £40 plus VAT.
• The invoices we provide will be presented clearly and detail a full list of specific work completed – including start and finish time and a full breakdown of materials and labour.
• All payments must be processed in full using a debit card, credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon completion of the completion and receipt of the invoice.
